A USB drive - I used a 16 gb sandisk cruzer glide flash drive. FATXplorer - not free but it does have a 7 day trial. If anyone knows of a free alternative, let me know. Wxpirs - used to extract XBLA games and demos.
God2ISO - used to convert installed Xbox 360 games to an iso. wx360 - used to extract files from the isoIf you already have your games on a usb drive, you can skip the first step.To rip your games, plug in the usb drive and if its not formatted, go to settings system settings storage USB storage device configure now. This will format the drive so it can be used with the 360.
You can then copy (go to settings system storage memory unit games and apps press Y copy) or install (home press X on the game in the drive install) your games to the usb drive.Once you have your games on the usb drive, plug it into your pc and open fatxplorer. Click on 'Devices' then click 'Open with FATXplorers.' You should now be able to see the games you have on the usb drive. Simply right click and click extract to extract the game to your pc.Once you have your games extracted on to your pc, you can then close fatxplorer.
Depending on what type of game you have will determine what program you'll need to use next.If it's an installed Xbox 360 game or game on demand, it should have a small file with a bunch of random letters and numbers and a folder with those same numbers and letters which contains Data0000, Data0001 and so forth inside it. Open God2ISO and click 'Add' and find the small file with the random letters and numbers on it.
Then click 'Browse' to select where you want the iso to be saved. Click go and it will create an iso.

Once it's done, close god2iso and open wx360. Click File then click Open and select the iso. Then click File and Extract all files. After it is finished, you'll be done.If it's an XBLA it will be a single file with a bunch of random letters and numbers. Open Wxpirs and select that file then click extract all.Once you're done extracting the files from your game, you should now have a default.xex file which can be loaded into Xenia.

I think I still have an Xbox 360-formatted flash drive kicking around somewhere from the days when I would inject character select renders/entrance titantrons in my save files for WWE games, I'll have to give this a whirl later!I vaguely remember using a program called Modio or something similar instead of FATXplorer at the time, but that one wasn't freeware either; it had a cheap one-time fee. Is Modio outdated by now, or is FATXplorer just better for exploring USB drives formatted for the console?.
