Nice bright display. The hall sensor that was included probably works fine but I had nowhere to mount it on my '81 kz650. I might have been able to make a bracket for it but I felt it wouldn't look as clean as I wanted so I placed an order for the speedometer cable. Definitely looks better and it eliminates some of the programming steps. I also wired the tach into the ignition coil rather than wrapping the cable around the spark plug wire. Once again, just a little cleaner and it works fine.

Doc- 9/13/2018Fit. Compact package -everything you need in one small space, easy install, quality build, accurate gauges.Put this little guy on a yamaha xs1100 brat build and I love it. It is VERY SMALL which I like. Everything you need in one neat little package and I found it rather easy to hook up once you figure out which stock wires are what. RPMs seem very accurate and stable when you tie directly into the primary coil wires. I used the speedo pick-up magnet and it seems accurate enough. Buying the adapter would be a much cleaner look though.
