Onkyo Integra Serial Control Protocol
I have a Control4 system and a TX-RZ710 is the main video distribution for the two video zones and audio for my main zone. This unit has the capability of sending a separate video and audio source to both zones coming out of the Onkyo. With the Onkyo remote you first start using whatever video source you want (say the cable box) then switch to the audio zone you want (say Net to stream spotify) then you hit the 'mode' button on the remote.

This causes the video to revert back to the previously selected video source but have the audio remain. This can be done for zone 2 by switching the remote to zone two and repeating the process. Prior to C4 I had a harmony setup with a macro using IR commands to make this happen. My dealer is having trouble getting the Control4 EA3 controller programmed with Composer software to make this happen because I do not use IR in this setup, the RZ710 is controlled over IP. They are telling me this can't be done or cant find the IP codes to make it happen. Can anyone provide assistance?.
