That means I can extract GHWT charts now!!! Check my website with loads of custom Guitar Hero stuff. I have permission to distribute every bit of content on my site.Joined: 25 Jun 2007Posts: 857Posted: Sun Mar 15, 2009 3:07 am Post subject:could add this'soft' customs for ps2.
Just a thought.Joined: 01 Jan 2007Posts: 16Posted: Wed Mar 18, 2009 8:52 am Post subject:howlong wrote:could add this'soft' customs for ps2. Just a thought. It amazes me that no one has made a website that shares the PS2s GHWT song save files yet.No modding or illegal stuff of any kind is even necessary to get them off your PS2 and onto the web.If anyone questions the legality of distributing a game save, then I guess gamefaqs, codetwink, codejunkies, gameshark, xploder, etc are all breaking the law?!?

As well as Gamestop for selling the software to do so? Yeah, I don't think soAnyway tell your friends to share their song saves with us.
Share them at link below till SH makes a spot for them. Slip through the cracks quotes. My save with $500,000 and almost everything unlocked is there too.Since no one I has shared any PS2 songs yet, I have put up a post on Wiinews to see if the Wii's GHWT saves can have the customs songs extracted from the save and put into a PS2 save. From what I have read the Wii and PS2 versions seem to have the same GH Studio features and limitations, i.e.
No line 6 effects. I have also posed this question to my code hacking colleagues at codemasters project. If any resident hackers like Gamezelda have already looked at this please tell us so they know which direction to go.Joined: 03 Oct 2007Posts: 328Location: Gainesville, FLPosted: Wed Mar 18, 2009 9:31 am Post subject:howlong wrote:could add this'soft' customs for ps2.

I did have 2 songs on savefile months ago to test it out on other consoles, which was a success, but the files were removed from inactivity.
